Become a Transport Driver
with Pathways Transport
Pathways Transport is looking for part and full time non-emergency medical transport drivers in the Ashland/Washburn area to transport clients to and from medical appointments.
We're looking for the following driver criteria:

Be able to push 75lbs on a regular basis

Have a good driving record

Have access to a computer, with basic computer skills, plus access to a printer and cell phone
No special license is required to work for our team. You must be able to pass a background test and a drug test.
Paid training and vehicles are provided; company logo t-shirts and jackets are also provided.

Pathways Inc. is looking for people with an ability to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds.
This is because care providers spend a considerable amount of time working with the same clients, some of whom will have little other contact, so it is important that they are able to form a good working relationship.
The nature of the care assistant job role also means that patience and a sense of humor are important.
Being a care provider can be a challenging role but it is also one of the most rewarding and fulfilling.
